in the 3rd District of SE Oklahoma to look r and curtail spotlighting.

As you can see, for an investment of less than $4,000, there is the potential for a huge return, not just in fines collected but in word of mouth. Each time someone is caught with the airplane, its legend grows. I don't know how many times I've had someone come up and tell me they saw or heard our plane on nights we weren't even flying!
